On November 12, 2022, Labuche's extraordinary art made its grand TV debut on the national program ‘Sterren op het Doek’.
The TV Program: Esteemed Dutch personalities are captured by the penetrating gaze of three artists while answering the questions of Özcan Akyol. In the end, the portrayed individual selects one painting to keep, and the remaining two are auctioned.
Labuche created a captivating wooden triptych of John van den Heuvel. The outer panels showcase the vibrant cityscape of New York, while the inner panel reveals an oasis of tranquility with a poignant portrait of John.
This stunning artwork deeply moved John, leading him to choose it as his favorite to take home.
